My daughter who is 9 years old finds this quite fun though my son who is 6 finds it quite tricky. In the game you will have to be able to read as writing comes up a lot in the games.
I think you ought not to buy it for children who are too young.

This game is a platforming side scroller based on the great animated TV series of the same name.
The game involves you, the player, going around each of the levels collecting parts for the many contraptions you have to build. You also have to solve puzzles in order to proceed to the next part of the game on a regular basis.
Once you have all the parts needed to build something, just go to a workshop and build, build, build!
Also in the levels, you need to find toolboxes which each contain a part of one of the 4 racetracks you're gonna build. Find all parts of a racetrack to beat the level! Once you've built a racetrack, you can race around it, but you can't advance to the next stage 'til you've collected enough stars while racing!
Overall, if you're a fan of the tv series, you're really gonna enjoy this game. Even if the TV series is sonething you don't watch on TV, you may still wanna give this game a chance.

My 8 year old loves this game. I admit I haven't played it. I have given it 4 stars as she has asked me for help with it a couple of times. It seems slightly beyond the capabilities of my 4 year old to play (his favourite is Sam Power)
There is a lot of adventure to be had and when Candice is on the prowl it requires quick thinking/acting too.
